Snorly Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Snore Recorder App Pro: Snorly iOS app and to this website. By installing the app you agree to them. They replace the earlier terms hosted on telegra.ph.
What Snorly is
Snorly is a consumer app that records and analyses sounds during sleep for your own information. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, including sleep apnea. Information in the app and on this site is general and does not replace advice from a doctor.
Premium
Some features require Premium, sold as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly, depending on the offer shown) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in iPhone Settings, Subscriptions. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Prices may change; you will be notified through the App Store before a change applies to you.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, and refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com under Apple's policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Your content
Recordings you make belong to you and stay on your device. You are responsible for the consent of anyone else whose voice you record, according to the laws where you live.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer the app, interfere with its operation, or use it to record people without their knowledge where that is unlawful.
Intellectual property
The app, its detector, design, texts and this website are owned by the developer and protected by copyright. Article text on this site may be quoted with a link to the source page.
Disclaimer and liability
The app and the site are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that detection is complete or accurate, that the app runs uninterrupted, or that any article is free of error. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the preceding 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
